1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EverySkills, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, immediately terminate your terminal session and close the platform.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Theft Policy

All source code structures, proprietary JSON data stores, level breakdowns, terminal UI designs, and quiz systems on EverySkills are protected under intellectual property laws. Do not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or steal our proprietary curriculum ideas or platform architecture. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of EverySkills materials will result in immediate account termination and strict legal action.

3. Account Security & Sharing

Accounts are for the individual who registered them. Sharing, transferring, selling, or providing access to an account to another person is prohibited. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Professional Data Curation Disclaimer

All technical problems, practice codes, enterprise architectural concepts, and curriculum datasets provided on EverySkills are compiled and validated using data sourced directly from industry professionals. While we ensure high accuracy for low-spec developer training, content is provided on an "as-is" basis for educational enrichment.

5. Payments

Payments are not currently enabled in this demo. Plan selections do not create a charge or subscription. If a payment provider is connected in the future, the applicable payment and refund terms will be published before purchases are accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

EverySkills is optimized for low-spec hardware and terminal environments. We shall not be held liable for any hardware failures, internet dropouts, or data loss occurring outside our secure servers.

7. Cybersecurity Education Disclaimer

Cybersecurity lessons and terminal exercises are simulations provided solely for lawful education and defensive security practice. Do not use techniques discussed here to access, disrupt, or damage systems or data without explicit authorization. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, and EverySkills disclaims liability for misuse of the educational material.
